  • Use of areas of the Mother Jones Community Foundation website, in which you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, mailing address, e-mail address, username and password, falling under the registration process for Registered Users (“Registration Process”);
  • Donations made directly to Mother Jones Community Foundation and to Mother Jones Community Foundation made through resources including PayPal from which we collect Personal Information such as your name, billing address, and e-mail address, if you have not already provided these details.   • Donations made through Mother Jones Community Foundation using Network for Good, from which we collect Personal Information such as your name, billing address, and e-mail address, if you have not already provided these details. We collect information about your donation, including the charity you are donating to and the amount of your donation. Please note that any donations made through Network For Good, Inc. — including any donations made to charities other than Mother Jones Community Foundation — are also subject to Network For Good’s privacy policy, which states in part: “Network for Good respects and protects your privacy and will never sell, trade or rent your personal information to other individuals or companies. We may also collect (but do not retain) credit card numbers which are processed by a third-party payment vendor subject to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards.   • Surveys. Periodically, Mother Jones Community Foundation may invite you to participate in completing online surveys. If you have created a Mother Jones Community Foundation account, information we collect from these surveys may be associated with you personally;
  • Contact you regarding your donation(s), as to the quality of the service, as well as any potential errors that may have occurred;
  • Voluntary submissions to Mother Jones Community Foundation requesting information about our products and services, signing up to receive information from us, or sending us an e-mail;
  • E-mail subscriptions. Mother Jones Community Foundation may also compile a subscription list to which you voluntarily submit your name, mailing address, and/or email address. The purpose of such a subscription list would be to send you periodic updates to subscribers on matters of interest, provided you will have the ability to opt out of further communications in accordance with procedures described in each such update.
  1.   Non-Personal/Other  Information In addition to the Personal Information, we and our Partners may collect additional information that does not personally identify you (“Other Information”).
